God inspired Bishop McLeod to build a Bible College in the Inland Empire that would be comparable to Oral Roberts University (the glory of the latter things will exceed the glory of the former). Also, that the End-Time Marching Orders to the body of Christ would be propagated through this institution of revelation knowledge that Next Dimension Bible College would be the Divine Instrument used for education, training, equipping, certifying, and deploying qualified leaders and five-fold gifts to impact the regions of the world
